Brazosport College sponsored the 2024 MLKCC Poster & Essay Awards Presentation on February 22, 2024, as part of their Black History Month Celebration. Students ages 8-18 participated in the poster contest, and students grade 6-12 participated in the essay contest. Certificates were awarded for first, second, and third place to 17 Brazoria County students. The students were from Angleton ISD, Brazosport ISD, Sweeny ISD, and Brazosport Christian School.
